Thomas
The hotel's location was perfect for my skiing trip. I only had to walk a short distance to reach the ski lifts and could easily return to the hotel to rest or eat. The breakfast provided by the hotel was satisfying and gave me the energy I needed for the day. The staff were attentive and willing to assist me with any needs I had.
Everything was fantastic.

The hotel's proximity to the ski lifts and nearby restaurants is unbeatable. Guests can enjoy the convenience of walking to their desired locations. Rooms are spacious and come with useful amenities such as a laundry room and drying rack. the staff is polite and accommodating.
Stairs and walkways leading to the reception area and ski locker could be treacherous as they are not de-iced regularly.

Fiona
The hotel had a great location, making it convenient to access area F&B establishments. The hotel also had a large and comfortable room with great views of the ski runs. Additionally, the staff were helpful and polite.
The lack of proper de-icing on the stairs made it dangerous to exit and enter the hotel, especially when carrying luggage or skiing equipment. In addition, the pillows provided were high and hard, which made sleeping uncomfortable.

Charles
The hotel’s location was unbeatable, just steps away from the ski lifts. The convenience of the on-site gear and board rental made getting ready for a day on the slopes a breeze. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to choose from and included in the room rate, which was a great bonus.
The hotel showed its age and the bathroom facilities were average, with insufficient space for showering. The lack of attention to detail in maintaining the property was evident in the lack of de-icing on the stairs, making it treacherous to come and go.
